There can be a delay of up to about an hour in the updating of automation statistics, especially if the automation contains a large number of contacts. Therefore, it is possible that the statistics won’t appear immediately.
However, if you suspect that the automation hasn’t started at all, you can do the following:
- Turn off the automation from the top right corner (via the three-dot menu).
- Move the Start element’s scheduled time about 15 minutes into the future.
- Restart the automation from the top right corner.
If the automation was supposed to start from the Joined mailing list action, the delay may be caused by data transfer between LianaMailer and LianaAutomation.
If the automation starts via the Wait until is in segment element, check that the person has indeed been added to that segment. Please also note that this element will only trigger the automation for people who are newly added to the segment.
If the automation has been activated but messages have not been delivered (for example, during testing), first check the automation’s message sending limits. It is possible that the sending limits have already been reached, in which case no new messages will be sent.
The sending limits can be adjusted on the Automations page under General Settings in the top menu.
Also check whether automation-specific sending limits are enabled. These can be found in the automation’s own settings.
