LianaMailer's User Management feature allows for the control of user privileges. There are two types of users: admin and regular users. Admins have the ability to e.g. create a new user, modify user details and modify Template and List visibility.
User management is not included as a standard feature. For more information, please contact our support or specialists.
Adding new users
Your organization admin can invite new users via LianaCloud and assign them to LianaMailer by logging into the organization's LianaAccount. You can find detailed instructions on managing these permissions in this LianaCloud support article.
User settings
View only own messages and deliveries: normal user can only see user's own created drafts and sent emails. Impacts also reporting section.
Private mode: Anonymous report data. Masks email and sms addresses from reports.
Can approve deliveries & Deliveries requires approval: Can be set that user can approve deliveries and which user needs approval before an email is sent. See Delivery Approval for more details.
Template and List visibility
Template visibility: The Template Visibility tab enables Admin users to choose which users have access to the template.
List visibility: The List Visibility tab enables Admin users to choose which users have access to the list.
