LianaMailer has faced a few denial-of-service attacks

  • Updated

During November, email marketing software LianaMailer has faced a few denial-of-service attacks which have caused short downtimes in the service.

The latest attacks happened today, the 23rd of November. The situation was quickly under control, and the service is working normally again.

The purpose of denial-of-service attacks is to disrupt and interrupt service availability. The issue is not related to information security, and our customers' information hasn't been compromised during the attacks.

We have actively improved our ability to respond to denial-of-service attacks faster, which has reduced the length of new emerging denial-of-service attacks.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the downtime. We will continue monitoring the situation and take the necessary actions to continue actively limiting the length of the attacks.
