The purpose of this guide is to explain how to link the Gravity Forms in WordPress into LianaAutomation.
First, you need to install the Gravity Forms in your WordPress installation to use Liana's plugins for system integration.
Linking LianaAutomation to WordPress
After logging in to your WordPress installation with your admin credentials, select the 'Plugins' option from the side menu, and then click on the 'Add New' option at the top.
Type e.g. 'lianaautomation gravity form' into the search field. Click on 'Install Now' next to the desired plugin.
After a successful installation, click on the 'Activate' button to activate the plugin.
After activating the add-on, open the "LianaAutomation" section from the left menu, and then select "Gravity Forms" underneath it. This will open the following view:
Enter the API details you received from Liana's contact person into the fields provided, which can vary depending on your installation:
- API UserID (number)
- Secret key (combination of numbers and letters)
- URL (complete address)
- Realm (for example, EUR)
- Automation Channel ID (Numeric identifier of channel, this can be found from LianaAutomation--->Settings--->Channels)
Click 'Save Changes' to save the changes you made.
If the information is correct, you will receive a notification after saving that the connection is OK.
If the information is incorrect, please contact your contact person.
After installing the form plugin, you need to set up the list join separately for each form. Next, go to the 'Forms' option from the menu and select one of the forms.
The LianaAutomation form must contain one email-type field. This email field can be found in the right column Add fields → Advanced fields under the name "Email". It is therefore important that this field is present on every form you use. The other fields are automatically sent as additional information with the form.
No other settings need to be changed, and all other data fields from the form are automatically sent to LianaAutomation.
