Redirection module transfers the visitor of webpage to a predetermined page without seeing the content of the original page.

Settings point by point

Target
The target of the redirection can be a link, an external link or the first subpage that the visitor has the rights.

Settings
In settings you can determine under what conditions the redirection is used. If these conditions are not determined, the redirection applies to all visitors.

Additional settings
In additional settings you can determine the redirection type. Which type is chosen depends on whether it is a permanent or temporary redirection. For the visitor there is no difference between these, but from search engine point of view, the difference is significant. If you are unsure, it's better to use 302 status code.
