On the Data Types tab, you can manage and edit the data types stored in the system. A data type can be, for example, a person's postal code collected during registration.

Under Channels, you can manage various channels used for collecting data. A channel can be, for example, an online store or a newsletter.

Under Imports, you can upload event files to the service. Events may include actions such as opening a letter or updating contact information.

Score Categories enable the management of the scoring system. You can create, edit, and delete categories that allow customer or event scores to be grouped and tracked. The scoring system supports evaluating, for example, customer activity levels or interest.

The Errors section provides an overview of errors and system issues detected within the platform. Here, you can review failures related to file imports, integrations, or API calls, along with detailed error messages. This section helps identify and resolve problems efficiently.
