Reports in LianaAutomation

  • Updated

LianaAutomation gathers a lot of data about your automations. You can view it in Reports, where the front page summarises all your automations and each automation has its own detailed report.

The Reports page

The Reports front page

  1. Key numbers. The number of automations and contacts, the conversion ratio and the revenue. For the quick time ranges (day, week, month, 12 months and year to date) each number also shows its trend for the period. The conversion ratio and revenue are shown once at least one automation has a goal.
  2. Time range. The charts and trends follow the selected time range.
  3. Charts. The Performance chart shows the open, click-through and bounce ratios. The Sent messages chart shows how many messages were sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  4. Automations list. Shows each automation's conversion ratio, contacts, sent messages and open, click-through and bounce ratios. Search by name, filter by type (automations or autoresponders), status (active or inactive) and folder, and sort by any column. By default the list shows the most recently edited automations first. The filters affect only the list, not the charts above it. Use the row menu to open a tab of the report directly, or download the list as an Excel file.

Choosing a time range

Use the quick filters to select the last day, week, month or 12 months, the year to date, or all time. To choose exact dates, open the calendar and select a custom range. The selected period is shown under the page title, for example "Last 7 days (12 Jun 2026 - 18 Jun 2026)".

Your selected time range is remembered while you browse the reports during the same browser session.

The Summary tab of an automation report

  1. Go to automation opens the automation in the editor.
  2. Message filter. Limit the report to the messages you want to examine.
  3. Time range. Same filter as on the front page.
  4. Tabs. Summary, Goals, Messages, Contacts, Sent messages and Links, described below.

Summary

The Summary tab gives you the big picture of the automation:

  • Key statistics: the number of contacts (with a trend for the quick time ranges), the conversion ratio and revenue (shown when the automation has goals), and the open ratio and click-through ratio with the number of opens and clicks.
  • Overall statistics: the share and number of contacts that are in progress, dropped out or completed. See Contact statuses in automation reports for what each status means.
  • Basic information: the automation's name and type, when it was created, its start and send times, how many times contacts can go through it, and the numbers of goals, segments, messages and sent messages, each with a link to see more.
  • Performance: a chart and a table that follow the selected time range. Choose between Overview (sent messages, open ratio, click-through ratio and bounce ratio), New contacts, Conversion ratio, Revenue and Channels. The table compares the total, the current week and the change from last week. Use the buttons on the rows to see the contacts behind a number, such as openers, clickers or new contacts. Performance is not shown for autoresponders.

Goals

Lists the goals of the automation with their conversion ratio, converted contacts and revenue, and shows how conversions and revenue develop over time. The Goals tab is not available for autoresponders. See Measure conversions and revenue with the Goal element.

The Goals tab

Messages

Shows the open and click ratios of the individual messages in the automation. Click the arrow next to a message's name to see its details.

The Messages tab

Contacts

Lists the contacts of the automation. Each row shows the contact's status and how many messages the contact has received, opened and clicked. Click a number to see the messages behind it. Filter the list by status (Entered, In progress, Completed or Dropped out) or by whether contacts have received, opened or clicked messages, search for a contact and download the list as an Excel file.

The Contacts tab

Sent messages

Shows every message sent through the automation. For example, you can check whether a certain message has been sent to an individual contact.

The Sent messages tab

Shows the click data of all the messages in the automation. Click the number in the Clickers column to see who clicked a link.

The Links tab
