Contacts in LianaAutomation

Contacts -tab shows all the contacts that are in the LianaAutomation register.

1 A contact's email address
2 A contact's mobile number, if known
3 Time when a contact has last been active, for example, clicked a link in a newsletter
4 You can download the contact's information
5 Forget this contact. Read more about this feature from below.
6 You can search for contacts with the search function

 

Forget a contact

You can forget a contact, i.e. delete all the data about a contact by choosing this contact on the left-hand side of the Contacts-page and then clicking the trashcan icon. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion with a checkbox. You can also forget multiple contacts by selecting contacts with checkboxes on Contacts-page and selecting Delete from the actions dropdown menu. Note that forgotten contacts cannot be reactivated. 

Note: Forgetting a contact only applies to LianaAutomation. Remember to also forget the contact from LianaMailer if so required.

By clicking an email address, you can view a certain contact's data.

1 Contact's general information.
2 Contact's event history in chronological order.
3 Filter channels and events.
4 From the arrow, you can examine an event more closely.
5 The location of the most recent event is shown on the map, if available.
6 Statistics about events.
