Event conditions

LianaAutomation tool has integration to event management software Eventilla. You can connect those that have registered for the events, canceled their registration, declined the invitation, and checked into or checked out of the event to the automation chain.

Condition: Registered to event 

Use this condition when you want the automation to start when a person has registered for an event. Drag the element to your automation workflow. Choose the event you want the condition to be connected to from the dropdown menu.

Choose next whether you want to:

  • Wait for registration confirmation
  • Wait for registration confirmation for specific time
  • Check past registration confirmation

Wait for registration confirmation
In Wait for registration confirmation, the automation starts when a person registers for an event. 

Also, choose from the following dropdown menu whether you want to apply the condition to all your account's events or with a specific event that you define in the next menu.

Wait for registration confirmation for specific time
In Wait for registration confirmation for specific time, the automation continues to the "yes" path when the registration confirmation has taken place during a specific time. If the condition isn't met within a specific time, the automation continues to the "no" path. After your initial selection, determine the wait time in days, hours, and minutes. 

Check past registration confirmation
With this selection, you can determine the action connected to the element to start if the person has at some point of the automation chain confirmed their registration, regardless of whether the event is directly linked to the automation workflow or whether it is located at an earlier stage.

Choose from the dropdown menu whether you want to apply the condition to all your account's events or with a specific event that you define in the next menu.

Condition: Declined invitation

Use this condition when you want the automation to start when a person has declined an event invitation. Drag the element to your automation workflow. Choose the event you want the condition to be connected to from the dropdown menu.

  • Wait for invitation decline for specific time
  • Check past invitation decline

Wait for invitation decline
In Wait for invitation decline, the automation starts when a person declines an invitation to an event.

Also, choose from the following dropdown menu whether you want to apply the condition to all your account's events or with a specific event that you define in the next menu.

Wait for invitation decline for specific time
In Wait for invitation decline for specific time, the automation continues to the "yes" path when the invitation decline has taken place during a specific time. If the condition isn't met within a specific time, the automation continues to the "no" path. After your initial selection, determine the wait time in days, hours, and minutes.

Check past invitation decline
With this selection, you can determine the action connected to the element to start if the person has at some point of the automation chain declined the invitation, regardless of whether the event is directly linked to the automation workflow or whether it is located at an earlier stage.

Use this condition when you want the automation to start when a person has canceled their registration to an event. Drag the element to your automation workflow. Choose the event you want the condition to be connected to from the dropdown menu.
