You can also make a new element to be attached to a segment if the default elements don't have a suitable one for your needs. Webstore purchase condition has been created in the example below.
Click the New custom condition icon to open its Properties tab.
| 1. | Give a descriptive name to the element, like Purchase from a web store. |
| 2. | Choose a color for the element's icon if you want to. |
| 3. | Choose a suitable icon for the element. |
| 4. | Choose a segment for the element that you want to attach to the automation from the dropdown menu. Segments are created beforehand on the Segments page. |
| 5. | Save the element you have created by clicking Add. Then drag the element where you want it in the automation chain. |
