Condition: Message open

Use the Opened message list option when you want the automation chain to based on whether someone opened a message.

First, choose whether you want to wait for: 

• Message open, 
• Message open for specific time OR
• Check past message open 

Wait for message open
If you want to wait for message open, choose whether you want the attached, i.e. last sent message, or another specific message. If you choose a specific message, click the message you want from the message list that opens. 

Wait message open for a specific time
If you want to wait for message open for a specific time before the automation starts, first choose whether you want the message attached to the automation, i.e. the last message, or another specific message. After this set the wait time which determines when the message is sent. If you choose a specific message, click the message you want from the message list that opens.

Check past message open
With this choice, you determine that the action attached to the element starts if a person has, at some point of the automation chain opened a message, despite whether the opened message is joined with the condition element or at an earlier stage.
