Question: How can we share a newsletter on our website?

Open the report of the newsletter in question. Click the Show from archive link on the right on the General details tab of the report. The archived page of the newsletter opens in a browser and you can copy the address and add it to your website as a public archive link. 

Share the newsletter by email (Tell a friend feature)

If you want to add a function that lets recipients forward the newsletter to a friend, add a "Send this message to a friend" link to the message. Note that the feature must first be enabled on your LianaMailer account.

Enable the Tell a friend form for this message

To make sure a properly working "Tell a friend" form (and its reporting) is created for the new message, the link must contain the following tag:

$tellafriend$

This tag activates the feature and automatically creates a new Tell a friend form that belongs to the specific message.

Important: check that the link points to the correct form

If the link points to the form of a previously sent message, the new message will be routed to the wrong form and reporting will not work correctly. Fix this by changing the link target to $tellafriend$ and then re-send the message (for example, send it to yourself as a test). After that the feature should work as expected.
