Images and other files used in messages are uploaded to LianaMailer before being used in letters. In the Files view, you can see all the files that you have downloaded and any folders that have been created for the files.
| 1 | Add new files from the plus icon. From the folder icon, you can add a new folder where you can add files. |
| 2 | Hover the mouse over the file's name to see the preview of the image and its data. By clicking the file's name you can download it to your computer. By clicking a folder's name you can open the folder and on the page that opens, you can view the files in the folder. |
| 3 | The folder action icon provides functions for renaming, archiving, and deleting a folder. The file action icon allows you to rename the file, replace it with another file, download the file to your computer, or delete it completely. |
