Mailing lists are lists that define the recipient groups of newsletters. A list can be created by adding the recipients individually, or by importing a list of recipients in CSV format (e.g. an Excel table).
|1||You can see the address lists and folders of your account in this view. You can identify a folder by the folder icon in front of the title and an address list by the person icon.|
|2||Different actions can be performed on a chosen list, such as moving it to a folder or downloading it onto your computer.|

Add a new list from the plus icon and a new folder from the folder icon.
You can find useful information about mailing lists on the overview page, such as the number of members on the list, health percentage, Click-through-Ratio (CTR), Open Ratio (OR), and list events. There is also a pie chart on the page that shows the bounced, active, passive subscribers and the unsubscribed of all the deliveries for the list.

This view shows you the list imports and deliveries for this particular list. You can also view the report of an individual delivery from the Whole report links.
The number of members on the list, health percentage, Open Ratio, and Click-through-Ratio
When the list quality is weak, you should clean it up, meaning delete faulty addresses and replace possible role-based addresses with the addresses of real corporate decision-makers. Bounced (red): Addresses that, for one reason or another, haven't worked. An address might be altogether out of use or it could have been written wrong. Bounced also shows the addresses that can't be delivered to due to a momentary issue. This could, for example, be receiver's full inbox or receiving server answering without a working connection.

Active (green): Subscribers that have opened or clicked the newsletter.
Passive (grey): Subscribers that have received the newsletter but haven't opened it.
Unsubscribed (yellow): Subscribers that have unsubscribed from the newsletter.
