Privacy policies in LianaPress

In the Privacy policies section of the Admin view you can see the already created Privacy policies and can manage them.

Creating a new privacy policy

Create a new privacy policy by clicking the Create a privacy policy button in the right-hand corner.

In the Visibility section you can change the visibility of the privacy policy and hide the privacy policy, if needed. Note that you can't choose a hidden privacy policy or attach it to distribution lists. Once a privacy policy has been created, you can change its visibility in the Privacy policies view.

Give the privacy policy a name and write the content. The text in the Name section will be displayed as the main header of the page.

You can see a list of all the existing privacy policies in the Privacy policies view and you can manage them there. You can edit an existing privacy policy, change the visibility of a privacy policy or delete a privacy policy in this view.

Editing a privacy policy

You can edit an existing privacy policy in the Privacy policies view by clicking the Edit privacy policy icon.

Changing the visibility of a privacy policy

You can change the visibility of a privacy policy in the Privacy policies view by clicking the text on the right (Hidden/Published)).

Deleting a privacy policy

You can delete an individual privacy policy in the Privacy policies view by clicking the red cross icon.

Attaching a privacy policy to a distribution list

You can attach a privacy policy to a distribution list in the Distribution lists view by clicking the Modify icon.

The name section shows the distribution list that the privacy policy is attached to. Choose a privacy policy from the dropdown menu in the Privacy policy section and press save.

Changing the privacy policy of a distribution list

You can change the privacy policy attached to a distribution list by clicking the Modify icon. Choose a privacy policy from the dropdown menu in the Privacy policy section and press save.
