Email reports

In the Email reports section, you can subscribe to hit and analysis reports via email at the times you choose.

Hit reports

You can subscribe to reports of your monitor hits to your own or, for example, your colleague's email. On the Hit reports page, you can see the report orders placed in your account. You can also create new orders by clicking the (+) icon.

1 From the top bar, you can go to the Analysis reports tab.
2 You can start or stop report sending from the switch.
3 You can view and edit the settings of an individual monitor report by clicking the monitor title.
4 Add a new hit email report.
5 Add a folder for email reports. If there are a lot of reports, folders can be useful, for example, for reports on the same topic.
6 Search for reports.
7 From the action menu, you can edit individual report settings, turn off report subscription, and delete a report. You can also move the report to a folder.

 

Subscribe to a new hit email report

To create a new hit email report, click the (+) icon on the Hit Reports tab. Then enter the information required to subscribe to the report:

1 Give the report a name and select from the drop-down menu the monitors from which you want the hits as email reports. You can select one or more monitors.
2 Enter the email addresses of the report recipients and choose the language of the report.
3 You can specify the maximum number of hits in the report for each monitor you select.
4 Choose in which format you want the report.


Continue to the next settings:

1 Settings options are on by default. Deselect a setting if you don't want it to appear in the report. The options depend on the type of email report template you selected in the previous section.
2 Choose receiver timezone.
3 Define the interval at which you want reports to be sent. Depending on your response in the previous section, this section may ask you for the days of the week you want the report to be sent.
4 Choose a time of the day for the delivery of the report. You can also enter multiple times. Also, specify the time when you want the next report delivery to happen.
5 You can choose if you want a report to be sent only if new hits have been found.
6 Remember to save the email report subscription from the "Add hit email report" button.


Analysis reports

You can order analyses of your hits as an email report at any time on the Analysis reports tab. Click the (+) icon to add a new report.

Then enter the required information for the email report.

1 Give a name for the report.
2 Select the monitor from which you want the analysis via email from the list.
3 Add email report recipients.
4 Choose the email report's language.
5 Choose the format of the report.
6 Choose whether you want the report to show features such as Read in browser and Contact us. Also, select whether you want social media sharing features to appear.


Continue to the next settings:

Adding recipients


To check the recipients of an email report, on the Email Reports page, click the monitor you want and select the Recipients tab. Click the (+) icon to add a new recipient.

Modifying the layout of email reports and report subscription page

The layout of email reports and their subscription page can now be customized with brand logo and color. Once this feature has been added to your account, customization is easy on LianaMonitor's Settings page.

Translations to email reports

Hit language translation is now available as an additional service to LianaMonitor email reports. This functionality utilizes Google Translate which recognizes the hit's language and translates it to the language chosen in LianaMonitor's user interface.
