System reports that "html version not found." What does it mean?

Different versions of a letter can be created automatically to correspond with each other, but if the "generate automatically" option is not enabled, it is possible that when updating one of the versions, the other remains unupdated.
You can then enable the "generate automatically" option, in which case the system will update the versions, or alternatively add the missing item manually.
