Why are newsletter images blurry?

If the images in your newsletter appear blurry in the email, try the following tips to improve their quality:

• Use an image that is no more than 2× the size of the image area. For example, if the image area is 600px wide, use an image that is 1200px wide.
• Use JPG as the file format. If an individual image contains a lot of text, consider using PNG instead. The file will be larger, but text and other details will appear sharper.

If your newsletter does not contain many images, you can also try disabling image optimization in the Settings tab.

Please note that this setting increases the size of the message, so use it with caution.
