Why can't I add an article to the monitoring results?

You cannot add an article as a hit if the article has not been retrieved into the system, if it lacks the monitoring keywords, or if the article's source or category is missing from the monitoring search settings.

Edit the monitoring Search Settings, and then try adding the article again. If the adding the hit still fails after this, please contact our support.
