Landing page

A landing page is a standalone web page designed for a specific campaign, advertisement, or other marketing activity. Visitors can be directed to the landing page from, for example, social media campaigns, newsletters, or online advertisements.

The purpose of a landing page is to guide visitors as clearly as possible towards a desired action, such as making a purchase, getting in touch, submitting a request for a quote, or visiting a reseller's online store.

Creating a landing page

To create a landing page, you can add a new page in LianaCMS in the same way as you would create any other page.

Use an existing page as a template

You do not usually need to build a landing page from scratch. The easiest way is to use an existing page as a template and modify its content to suit the campaign.

This way, the page will already follow the website's existing design and use the available content elements.

1. Click the green plus sign in the Pages section.
2. Enter a name for the page.
3. Select the page you want to copy under Copy hierarchy.
4. Make sure that Create new copies of elements is selected.

If the campaign requires a design that differs from the website's standard structure or an entirely new page structure, the landing page can also be created as a separate additional service. In this case, please contact Liana Technical Support.
