Question: Why am I not receiving the preview message in my email?

  • Updated

Below are common reasons why a preview message may not arrive. In all sending issue situations, you can contact our support.

Your email may have a send block configured, which prevents the preview message from being sent

Check that no blocks or unsubscriptions are set for your address on your own 'Manage deliveries and subscriptions' page.

The link to the address-specific 'Manage deliveries and subscriptions' page can be ordered to your email from the 'Subscriptions' page using the 'Edit subscriptions' function.

The preview message is sent, but it lands in a folder other than your inbox in your email client

Check that the preview message hasn't ended up in folders such as 'Promotions', 'Notifications', or 'Spam'. If the preview message is found in another folder, move it to the Inbox.

There may be an issue in your account's sending settings that prevents the message from being sent, or causes your email system to interpret the incoming preview message as spam or block it entirely

This can potentially happen if you use a sender address based on your own domain, and related configurations are missing or experiencing issues. Check the 'Domain and sender settings' page to see if the system reports any errors with your sender address domain.

If issues occur, you can check the required information and the DNS records to be configured for the setup here.
