Score categories are a part of the system that allows the user to group, manage, and track various point scores.
Managing ScoreCategories
Score categories can be found in the Settings section. In this view, the user sees a list of all active categories along with their identifiers (ID) and names.
View Features
- Category Listing shows all available Score categories.
- Each category has a unique ID number.
- The search function allows categories to be quickly found even in large lists.
- The three-dot menu allows managing the settings of an individual category.
Creating a New Point Category
A new point category is added via the green "+" button.
- Go to Settings → Score Categories.
- Click the green "+" button.
- Enter a name for the category.
- Save the changes.
Use Cases
Score categories can be especially utilized in automations related to scoring. Categories allow points to be grouped according to their source or purpose, making it easy to track from which events, performances, or automations a person has received points.
