Thursday, April 30, 2026 | 6:40 PM - Critical issues have been successfully resolved, we are continuing to work on inconsistencies in automation workflow progression and segment recalculations to ensure full operational reliability for remaining workflows.

Situation Overview

We have detected anomalies in the operation of automations for some of our customers. The cause is a database outage that occurred last week, which was quickly fixed but still causes aftereffects. Repair work is currently underway as the top priority to restore the service to normal operation.

Identified Issues

We have detected the following problems in the system:

  • Triggering Failures: Automations do not start as expected.

  • Stopped workflows: Contacts may get "stuck" or delayed at various stages of the automation.

  • Delayed messages: There are delays in sending automatic messages, or they do not send at all.

Repair Status and Schedule

We are currently working to restore the service to normal. Since we are also ensuring that no data is lost during the recovery process, unfortunately, we are not yet able to provide an exact estimate of when the issue will be resolved.
