The New LianaMailer Editor Is Coming Soon – Here’s How Your Tools Are Getting an Upgrade

  • Updated

Coming in the April 22, 2026 update

The LianaMailer editor has made a big leap forward. The goal of the update has been to streamline the workflow and provide more space for creating content itself. Here are the key changes that will make building your messages easier:

1. Full-Screen Editing Mode

The message editor is now separated into its own view and opens in full-screen mode. This removes distractions and gives you maximum space for visually editing your message.

2. Redesigned Block Library

The block library has moved from the top bar to the left side. You will find all familiar structural elements and content blocks now in a vertical menu, making it even smoother to drag them into your message.

3. Settings in the Side Panel

We have moved the detailed settings for elements to the left side panel. When you click on an image or block in the message, its editing options (such as sizes, spacing, and links) automatically open on the side panel. This keeps the editor’s central area tidy.

4. LianaAI Assistant Always Available

Your AI assistant is now easier to access. The LianaAI assistant is located in the right side as a floating widget, so you can ask for help polishing texts or generating images at any stage of editing.

5. Centralized Preview

Viewing different device and email versions is now easier. All preview options are combined into one clear dropdown menu at the top of the editor.

6. Message Settings and Subject Line

  • Subject: You can edit the message subject line directly in the field above the draft.
  • Preheader and Background Color: The email preview text (preheader) and the entire message background color are now adjusted via the side panel, so they don’t take up space from the message body itself.

Tip: If you need some time to get used to it, you can still switch back to the old editor during the transition period, but we warmly recommend trying out the new, faster version!
