To provide the best possible user experience for our customers, we are updating the backend systems of LianaMailer and LianaAutomation in January and February 2026. This system update will make our tools even more high-performing and secure.
The update work requires a temporary maintenance break. To minimize disruptions, we will carry out the maintenance work in phases during weekends, outside of office hours.
For LianaMailer, the maintenance breaks are scheduled for the following weekends. LianaAutomation will also not send emails during the maintenance break.
- Jan 24–25
- Jan 31 – Feb 1
- Feb 7–8
Impact on Customers
The maintenance breaks are implemented in phases, and the impact depends on the services you use:
- LianaMailer only: The outage affects the service only during one of the weekends mentioned above.
- LianaMailer and LianaAutomation: In addition to the Mailer update, a separate maintenance break for the Automation service will take place later.
We will send information regarding the dates and detailed instructions via email to each customer more than a week before the maintenance break affecting them.
Things to Note During the Outage
- LianaMailer and LianaAutomation will not be available.
- Scheduled emails or automations will not be sent during the break. We recommend taking this into account when planning your campaigns.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the update and thank our customers for their understanding. We will do our best to keep the outages as short as possible and aim to have the services available as soon as possible after the breaks.
