Exporting News to an Excel File

If you want to export your news list as a CSV or Excel file, this can be done directly through the LianaCMS news management.

How to export news to an Excel file?

1. Log in to the admin panel and go to the News page.

2. Select the desired category from the dropdown menu.

3. In the news management menu, you will find the button "Export news to Excel" to the left of the search field.

4. Click this button, and the system will generate and download an Excel (.xlsx) file containing the basic information of the news, such as titles and text content.

Notes about the export file content

• The export file includes the news titles, descriptions, and text content.

• The file does not include direct links to the news articles.
