If you experience issues with LianaMailer sending or if your messages end up in the spam folder, the first step is to ensure your sending settings are correct.
1. Check DNS Records
You can verify your sending DNS records in LianaMailer as follows:
Open the left-hand menu.
Go to Settings → Domain Settings.
If the records are not displayed as verified (green), they should be corrected. Detailed instructions for adding DNS records can be found here.
2. Verify Subscription Page Settings
Once your domain settings are correct, check the subscription page settings:
In the left-hand menu, go to Settings → Sites.
Select the subscription page you want to review.
Ensure that Envelope sender is enabled in the subscription page settings.
3. Check Newsletter Sending Settings
It’s also important to verify the sending settings in the newsletter itself:
Open the newsletter’s sending step and go to Settings.
Make sure the sending address’s domain matches the one used on your subscription pages. Mismatched domains can cause newsletter delivery issues.
In the example image below, the sending settings are not correctly configured. The subscription page should use, for instance, newsletter.lianatech.com.
