- First, check that the preview email hasn’t ended up in your spam folder or another folder in your mailbox.
- Try also sending the preview to different email addresses, for example a Gmail or Hotmail address.
If the message still doesn’t appear, check the sending settings in LianaMailer.
- Make sure that the web addresses of the subscription page and the sender address are compatible. You can view these during the sending process under “Settings.” The sender address is visible directly on that page, and under “Sites,” you can check whether there’s a site address that matches the sender address. Change this if necessary.
If the preview message still doesn’t arrive within ten minutes after these checks, please contact our support team!
