Changes to the publisher's name on your LianaPress account must be handled through Lianatech Support. You can request the change from us via chat, phone, or email.
Changes to the publisher's logo are also managed through Lianatech Support. However, if a Press Room has been created for the publisher within LianaPress, it is also possible to change the logo via the Press Room Settings page, which will then update the logo in the press releases being sent out.
The sending address can be changed via the Domain and sender address settings page in the LianaPress administration panel. Please note that if you adopt a new domain, you must configure DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and Envelope Sender settings for it before the address can be reliably used for sending.
