If an address has cancelled subscription, or if a sending block has been set for the address, the address cannot be added to the recipients of the releases, nor can the address be added to distribution lists.
For the address to be made available for use, the user of the address must first review and remove their own unsubscriptions via their address-specific 'Distribution and Subscription Management' page. The link to this page can be ordered to the email via the Subscriptions-page, using the 'Edit subscriptions' function.
Alternatively, the subscriber can also send us a unsubscription removal -request via email.
Once the unsubscription has been removed, the address can once again be added to distribution lists and used as a recipient for releases.
