We understand that effortless organizational oversight and tracking your email marketing success are critical. The Monthly Performance Report is designed to deliver high-level performance metrics and actionable insights directly to you.
The report summarizes your account's collective results from the previous month and compares them to both the previous period and your Year-to-Date (YTD) performance. It is sent on the 1st day of every month.
What You'll Find in the Report:
The report is delivered right to your inbox and covers all key areas of your LianaMailer account activity. Note: The report is delivered either as an Account-specific (single account) or a Multi-Account Summary (multiple accounts), depending on your subscriptions.
- Executive Summary: A quick snapshot of performance stats for the past month and an annual review to help track long-term growth.
- Key Performance Metrics: Aggregated metrics including Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, and Unsubscription Ratio, with clear trend indicators for monthly and YTD changes.
- Volume Metrics: Overview of total Active Contacts, New Contacts, and the number of Deliveries executed by the organization.
- Top Three Deliveries: See which specific campaigns achieved the highest reach (ranked by opens), giving you immediate insight into the content that resonated most with your audience.
- Note: Not available on Multi-Account summary report
How to Receive the Report (Subscribing):
- For Organizational Admins (Auto-Enrolled): To ensure critical performance oversight, all primary Organizational Admins are automatically subscribed. No action is needed; your report will arrive on the 1st of each month.
- If you manage multiple LianaMailer accounts, you will receive a single, consolidated Multi-Account Summary Report detailing activity across all subscribed accounts.
- If you don't wish to receive this report for some account, you can disable monthly report delivery in your user settings (see instructions here below on item 2).
- For Other Users (Optional Opt-in): If you wish to stay informed on the collective account success, any user can easily subscribe:
- Log in to LianaMailer.
- Go to Settings > User Account
- Enable Monthly report delivery - If you have multiple accounts you wish to receive reports about, you need to enable this setting on each account separately by logging in, and repeating the process for each account.
