LianaMailer front page

On the front page of LianaMailer, you can find these sections:

• Top bar - Access to your user account, application/organisation selector and support menu
• Main menu / navigation - use to navigate to different features, such as lists, messages, reports etc.
• Header banner - This area is used to communicate news highlights, new features and other important material & insights.
• Overview - Here you can view your Overall statistics  & Monthly usage
• Messages - Overview of your current messages and reports of latest campaigns
• Reports - Shows statistics of amount of messages and their general performance from past 6 months
• News & Inspiration - Lists latests updates about the product and blog highlights

Here's a more detailed breakdown of specific sections within front page:

Overall statistics

• Total contacts - amount of total unique contacts in your audience
• New contacts - amount of new contacts acquired in last 30 days
• Open ratio - your average open ratio (percent of recipients who opened a message) in last 3 months
• Deliverability rating - Used to track how well your deliveries have reached recipient inbox in last 3 months

Monthly usage

• Active contacts - total count of individual contacts as recipients in current month
  • View history shows monthly active contacts from previous 6 months and average across this period
• Sent messages - total count of individual messages sent out in current month

Note: Both of these values are updated with a minor delay up to 6 hours, so don't be alarmed if immediately after a campaign delivery you don't see change in active contacts or sent messages.

Messages

Here you can see your recently edited drafts. Additionally, if you have currently running A/B tests or scheduled messages, these will be shown here in corresponding tabs. 

If you have user management addon enabled in your account, and have limited standard user rights, you can also see messages that are waiting for approval or edits.

Recent sent messages 

In Recent sent messages, you can view your latest deliveries and their overall performance by open and click-through ratio. You can click items to view delivery's full report, or with View all -button, you can move to Reports-page to view other past deliveries' reports.

Reports

The reports -section offers you information about monthly amounts of sent messages from past 6 months. Here you can also see your general performance by open, click-through, bounce and unsubscription ratio.

News and inspiration

On News and inspiration -section you can find Recent news, where we highlight important changes, notifications and updates. On the right-hand side, you'll find Get inspired -part, that lists articles aimed to help you boost your effectiveness by best practices, tips and tricks and informative material.
