LianaCommerce maintenance update

LianaCommerce will be updated on Tuesday, August 13th, between 7-9 AM (UTC+2).
The update will cause a brief service interruption.

The update includes support for automatic Finnish VAT rate changes on September 1, 2024, as well as related modifications to payment interfaces. Additionally, the update also includes a set of general improvements and optimizations.
