LianaAutomation’s temporary service interruption

We are pleased to inform you that our team has been working diligently to address the service issue. Significant progress has been made, and the situation is now stabilizing.

Service stability is gradually being restored, and we are closely monitoring the system for any potential issues.

REST API and FTP imports made today will be processed.

Due to previous problems, there is still delays and slowness in the LianaAutomation, including segments and automation flows.

Update 1st of December at 12:30pm (UTC+2) Temporary service interruption in LianaAutomation is still ongoing. 

Our product development team has addressed the issue, but due to previous problems, congested automation events continue to cause delays and slowness, which may result in service interruption.

We regret to inform you of a temporary service interruption impacting LianaAutomation and more precisely login3.lianacem.com environment. Our team is actively resolving the issue caused by issues with the database and this causes imports and automation flows to be halted for now. Similarly REST API is impacted for multiple environments.

Resolving this is our top priority. Regular updates on our progress will be provided on this article, and we aim to share an estimated resolution time soon.
